VisualIMPACT is the powerful software suite designed for Impact Testing. Developed within the CeastVIEW software platform, it brings together CEAST and Instron® experience of impact testing, providing a complete interface between the instruments and the end-user. Developed for data processing, organization, and reporting, it is configured into common application areas with a full set of new features for customization. VisualIMPACTcan be used to manage CEAST instruments and DAS systems for all types of tests, plus generic pendulum-type and drop tower machines for instrumented tests.

VisualMELT software is designed for the CEAST Melt Flow Testers, from single-weight to multiple-weight tests. It manages the complete test procedure: parameter set editing, real-time graphs supporting test execution, data acquisition and storage, report management and data export. All these operations can be carried out on more than one Melt Flow Tester simultaneously. All the quantities required by international standards on melt flow tests (MFR, MVR, viscosity, flow rate ratio, …) are handled by the software, both from a numerical and a graphical point of view.

VisualTHERM software is specifically developed for the Instron® line of CEAST HDT and Vicat testers. The software provides easy system management, test execution, data acquisition, and storage. All these operations can be carried out on more than one instrument simultaneously. All the quantities required by international standards on thermo-mechanical HDT and Vicat tests are handled by the software, both from a numerical and a graphical point of view.

VisualRHEO software is specifically designed for the CEAST SmartRHEO Series Capillary Rheometers, both single-bore and twin-bore versions. Test data is collected, conveniently managed, and analyzed by the SW that is designed with a user-friendly interface to control the test instrument. In addition of the standard capabilities, a wide range of modules provide deeper rheological data analysis and accurate simulation of different test modes for advanced material characterization.
